You can't block a pumpwagon.
It will work against a carver or a Pogo Stick, of course.

ok, but the poisoned dagger, isn't a block....
It use the block action, but the rules say that PDagger work instead a block....

So.. Poisoned Dagger can work against unblockable player or secret weapon....i think. |

That's the important part, you can't do something instead of a block when you can't even do the block. |
