Hi there,
getting the Ref lets me do whatever without calling out an illegal procedure...

Does that mean, that i can set up 12 Players ?

That my wild animals aren't supposed to go first ?

... or is it just one foul per turn without risk (not my style of playing, no SP's and angry opponents!) .?
