Well I've thought long & hard, listened to the opinions & it's gonna be +AV guys.
The value of av8 on such a player, that's already fast & near OTT ready, is just too much a lure for me.
Plus the cheese of a natural one-turner is a turn off to me. Yes, even in stunty.
Thanks for all the help, but Smeat & I seem to be of the same mind.

Quite so.
To be honest, I'm yet to find a situation where +AV is the 'right' choice in my opinion, but I see it taken. I'd always rather a player did something for me and died than lived a game or two longer. The Skink strength is pace, and, like all pace teams, making the fast positionals better at what they're good at would be my plan.

I can see taking either but +AV goes well with how I use them, which is to mark up the ball carrier or other key players, or just generally get in the way, where they get punched a lot. |

I have started taking +AV on Stunties and now I am never going back.
I definitely don't think there was an obviously right choice.
+MA is more exciting, and will always get more votes from outsiders.
But AV8 is mad good in Stunty Leeg, and you want to maximize the chances that he will actually make it to turn 8 (conscious) for that 1 Turn return TD. |

I like taking +AV on LOS fodder. Not because I feel the need to keep them alive longer but to increase the chance they'll stay on the field longer to keep occupying space and tying up better players. |

So does NB.
But since you don't know, I'll explain it - using small words. It means they don't have to rely on Chainpushes or a Quick Snap result. From the LoS, they can make it to the endzone, all by themselves, just "running".
Since there is no MA 13 without die-rolls, and certainly none without additional skills, not sure what else it could mean.  |

On the +av discussion, for a fairly long while my Gnome team rocked two av9 LOS shlubs, and vs. anything but claw they were absolutely studly.
But yeah, even AV9 stunties die eventually. |
