Having a juggernaut running forward with people unable to stop him pushing forward doesn't seem quite right fluffwise to be used for normal blocks. |

Well if you want to nerf Jug then you have to do it the same way you nerf Pile On. You make it a big guy access skill only.
This infamous jugging surfing dude.....Can I see a raise of hands the last time you used your jugger big guy to break tackle into a sideline cage to surf?
Jug coupled with grab is a great sideline surfer build for lets say....ELVES....who can leap in.
Can I see a show of hands on who has that War Dancer build or Pro Elf blitzer?
Instead of nerfing the skills nerf who can have some of them...BUT..then again that goes along the lines of switching up skill selection for CRP and the idea of bringing back traits and so forth. |

I don't agree it is a nerf. As it would work on BLOCK action, thus would help position your big guy, too. (And also to avoid turnovers on both down.) Plus I would take it on Ulfwerener as 1st skill, or on Witch elf on 1st double. So it could help big guys, str-addicted surfers, and agility-addicted surfers. |

As I pointed out above the fluff makes no sense at all to work with standard blocks. There is little momentum in a block. As Painstates making piling on and jugs big guy (or perhaps s5+) could work and would stop standard clawpombers taking it (though even that is usually at least superstars). Some like Witch Elves may miss it. |

IMO there are only 2 ways to address any issues with the current list of skills and how they work.
1)Go through each one and change up their effects
OR
2)Change how the skills are selected. Go away from the CRP model of all players have access to all skills. Move back towards a LRB4 model of skill access is limited. Now how far you want to limit...IE: Big guy only skills or back to a double roll. |

I disagree dodge is a skill tackle is the counter. For there to be a counter to the counter you would need a skill that negates tackle so it doesn't knock down dodge players.
Which is obviously really dumb. |

Yeah that was suggested and something galak wanted to consider for the next rule set if there was one. I play it in 2 leagues here and it is ok. It's certainly not broken but I thing it could make stunties rather good in the tt tournament scene. Im not a fan personally and I love flings. |
