When a team is scheduled against another team in a tournament or league you can suggest time to play in the "Scheduled opponents"-function (clicking on the little clock).
However, whenever I try this function it seems I automatically send suggestions to ALL scheduled teams for the season (in leagues). Regardless of what status I choose.
Is says: "Time to play is not decided. YYYY-MM-DD HH:MM CEST"
Is there a way to avoid this? what am I doing wrong? is there a guide how to use this function? or is it just a bug? |

Known bug.

It should work when the opponent confirms, do you know if any of your opponents have confirmed? |

yes, it works for the next opponent, when he/she confirms.
But for the opponent after that it's says "Time to play is not decided. 2014-07-21 21:00 CEST" for example. |

Ah ok then I think you have gotten it working to the extend it's possible. 
Haven't used it for ages because of how it works(or doesn't). |

It's great, because if both agree, the time and date shows in the "Upcoming matches"-tab in a group. |

Yeah an entire league using it would be awesome, never seen it happen though.

oh it happens in Swedish League sometimes, but not nearly enough.
I think it's either because that people don't care or that they just don't see other coaches suggestions. (As an admin you also see all the suggestions) |
