Do'n't wild animals have to take their actions first of all anymore?
I know mine doesn't.
Is this a rules change? |

This may be slightly out of date (I don't recall if it has the 2004 Rules Review information... I should work on that) but it could make a handy addition to your Living Rule Book pdf.
The one thing of note about this list is that it has some extra "traits" which are used by the java client to represent the special rules (specifically, no hands, infect, undead, coach and thrall, I think). These don't change the game at all, they are just added to the appropriate players to make them behave like they should (ie: you can use an apothecary on a thrall but not a vampire and vampires cannot bite other vampires, just thralls). |

Which LRB are you looking at? the latest update of the LRB (3.0) has this to say:
