Is there a list of scheduled games anywhere - i.e. those that have had a time agreed?

Only on the page for the group or tournament in which they are scheduled. There isn't a list of all of one coach's scheduled games across all their groups/tournaments, if that's what you're asking for.

I would ideally want all games that are scheduled for the next few hours across all of Fumbbl

Even if Christer added such a function a lot of coaches never actually use the schedule function. We just rely on PMs.
