**Jim & Bob Post-Game Report**
Bob: Good Afternoon Blood Bowl fans! Red Corsair made it! Humanity Unforlorns!! Fantastic game Jim! There was magic in the air...
Jim: Hi there, Bob! Absolutely! Both coaches played wonderful Blood Bowl!... and nuffle was in the mood for history making!
Bob: You right Jim!. Humans went full gear from turn 1, isn't it?
Jim: Yes Bob!. They hit hard and ko'ed nurgs. Dauntless worked, they dodged away from tentacles at a fair rate, wrestle worked, 1 dices knocked players down, Kick? landing in the endzone, wizz? fair enough....they didn't even miss strip ball!!!
Coach Strider84 made the most of what he was given. He excelled througout the whole game. Nuffle was pleased and handed the lucky rolls over to humans. Fantastic night Bob.
Bob: All right Jim!. And Nurgle?
Jim: I'd would say soft, Bob. Coach Stonetroll delivered a fantastic performance but player softness is something beyond his control. Last night nurgle didn't nurg and they couldn't take the hits either...surprisingly soft, Bob.
Bob: True Jim. The end of Uusiverikulho as a massive force in the FUMBBL tournament circuit?
Jim: They have some issues, true. The main one...lack of gold which is slowing down their development in key positions. 3 important perms at Warrior position are not ideal but they still are a very good team with a fantastic core group of 8-9 players + plenty of fodder. They still have upside too. Only 2 Legends and 2 superstar. 3 of them 100% healthy. They need to sort out finance quickly though, Bob, or things might get worse...
Bob: Thanks Jim. So, Congratulations to Red Corsair, it was a wonderful night of Blood Bowl. Over 60.000 souls in the stadium and 60 Milion more at home watching OBC Sports broadcast. Thanks to all and good luck to those applying to the BLACK CUP!
Jim: Bye! |

Well the prize depends on the direction you want to go.
Power Game the Prize: Beastman, best guy to CPOMB with
C.Dorf: need to roll a double otherwise he does not help.
Marauder: CPOMB and fits with the Fluff
Ballhandler Type: Wood Elf Lino: Speed and AG4.
Dark Elf Renegade: Fluff wise he is a better choice.
Ball Hawk: Slann Lino fits the bill: Leaps like a Wardancer and can get to W/T/SB fast.
Crazy pick: Goblin: now you can TTM
Halfling: now you can TTM but with some fluff.
The, I do not know pick: Dwarf Longbeard: Gives you almost no upside on the roster but he is a dorf and fits with some fluff. Now if you are really into fluff this guy is the pick. A long winded story about he was the head chef on the corsairs ship but in his youth he played for some of the greatest dwarf teams of all time until he was cut in a massive TV trim job and had to go to culinary school to learn a new trade.
And the last option is Jimmy the dead deck hand: Take a Zombie for LOS duty. The dude that just wanders the top deck with mop and bucket and endlessly swabs the deck. In fact he has been "swabbing" on the top deck so long the Red Corsair himself thinks Jimmy has been on board since the very first captain, 127 years ago, when the Purple Corsair was captain. |
