What -1 it should be a 4/5+ depending on range if not being marked, that's why an ag4 order would be hilarious, though on a chaos pact team you could theoretically get an ag4 ogre and a ma8 ag4 goblin with an elf/rat to retrieve the odds of 1today by ttm would be abnormally high lol |

Ttm is not calculated as a pass. It's not calculated on agility. It is never accurate and will always work unless you fumble. Hence is 2+/3+ (if no modifiers like sun or tackle zones) to improve on that the only way is to get strong arm. |

Throw team mate is a pass action, but is not based in agility. They use Strength and always is an inaccurate pass.
So, to make a short pass, if there is not tackle zone in the thrower, is 3+ (because you have -1 for make Throwing team mate action and +0 to make a short pass) so the result of the dice is 2 and is success, the player may have 3 scatter and then roll to stand up with agility roll (normally snot have 3AG) at 4+
PS: in a quick pass, the roll you need is +2 because you have +1 to make the quick pass. Remember that the only problem to this is to fumbbl: roll a 1 in a dice or after doing the modifications to the roll, so if there is a 1 is a fumbbl and the snot roll to stand up where he is pick up, with agility roll 4+ |
