Hey, I am confused. Stunty adds +1 to the injury roll and the injury roll was before any modification 3+4. The player was removed from the pitch and sent to the KO box although he had Thick Skull. What am I missing here?

Stunty + Thick skull is a mystery that will most likely never be understood or explained. It just spawns conspiracy theories and is featured in Ancient Aliens next season.

Stunty doesn't add +1, it changes the table, and so does TS. When you have both, it becomes:

2-6 Stunned, 7 – KO, 8 – Stunned, 9 – Badly Hurt, 10+ Casualty

(apart from against Stab).

Isn't thick skull 50-50 change for it to be ko OR stun?

And what difference does Stab in Stunty?
BTW: I think "fluff-wise" it is strange that a 7 results in a KO but an 8 is stunned only. I lack imagination here.

Neither Stunty nor TS affect Stab at all, so that's just the usual normal table.

An 8 on the injury roll with Stab against a player with Thick Skull is still KO?
