I think I'd have to go MB over MA.
Your team severely lacks removal, and a surgical killer will change the game. Right now, if you were to face this team with your wood elves, chances are, you would get slaughtered (even if I dumped the -AV lineman, who deserves an honorable death on the pitch) on equal dice. You have no answer for either wardancer on that squad. Sure, you may get lucky and elf the ball away, but then you'd likely lose it the same way on the following turn, along with a player or two.

Yes, added speed is amazing on wardancers, but so is MB. And, against other elves, leading the match in removal often means your winning the game.

Lastly, there is merit in slapping guard in him, with side step next skill. 2+ to get an assist anywhere on the pitch is sick. That said, is probably a weaker option then either MB or MA.

Guard or +MA. Since +ma is harder to come by, take that. Voted for guard anyway.

Well if you read my words of wisdom and pondered them and reflected on them you would realize my stance of take +AV only applies to around 6-10 players in the game actually.

I can justify +AV on linemen who are made to be fodder. Same on thralls, to keep them on the pitch for vamps to chew on.

Anyone who's primary job is taking hits is served by +AV.

Everyone else is better served by other prongs, but I do like +AV on nose linemen and thralls

I have given him +1ma, and also fired all the niggled linemen - I have used my wardancer replacement fund to buy a loner with the MVP... A bit different from the advice given here but I'm keen to have skilled linos for better team survival ASAP.

MVP loner is a decent use for the cash, I wouldn't say it's a bad move. Your linemen are pretty underdeveloped.
