Hello FUMBBL fans, greetings from what ever universe you inhabit.
So, I was sitting in the Row of 100 taverns, watching the epic OT match of Tuerats, Tuerats pas. I was sitting next to a gentleman who was laughing at all the fools who laid money down on the flings to win.
I asked him, good sir, why the amusement, do you know something I do not know?
He looked over at me and gave me a steely eyed gaze. I was shocked when I realized the fat man sitting next to me was Jimmy the Cathay Greek. He is a very serious man when it comes to betting.
Son, when it comes to betting FC action. If a fling team actually goes into the match as the TV favorite, you know, the commoners are going to flock on that action, bet their last silver on them. That is when I bet the other way.
I left the bar with a chill down my spine. I had just had beers with one of the most serious bettors in all the lands. What a thrill!!!
