Hi, a friend of mine with Java 8 when launching the fantasy football client sees only pitch then the following message is displayed:
FantasyFootballClient Version 1.2.5
Connecting to fumbbl.com/78.66.212.6:22223 ...
Cannot connect to the server.
He opened the router ports 8080 and 8085
He lives in Germany and he has kabel deutschland optical fiber if this can help.
Thanks in advance! |

May you be more specific please?
He activated Java in the browser and checked the security panel as well.
All seems fine there. |

Resurrecting this thread as I have the same issue (on Windows 10, tried Firefox, Edge, Chrome).
Client will load, then show:
FantasyFootballClient Version 1.2.5
Connecting to fumbbl.com/78.66.212.6:22223 ...
The connection to the server has been closed.
To re-connect you need to restart the client.
Cannot connect to the server.
Anyone able to help? |

This problem has persisted for weeks, so reboot is not the answer. |

check your firewall/antivirus, see if fumbbl ip is blocked in any way |

Deactivated both for a test, same problem.
Can it be linked to the internet connection? I used to be able to play from this machine before a provider change. Same problem persist with another machine on the same network. |

Did you get a new router upon provider change?
If so, check the router settings as well. Clear fumbbl ip if there is a whitelist of sorts |
