Yes, I believe you can, at least I've spectated multiple matches.

I meant if you are watching your own game, it's kind of dishonest, since specs often offer advice...

Yes. While in spectator mode, you can activate 3 sounds by taping on your keyboard :

- /cheer
- /boo
- /hurt ( "Oh that's gotta hurt" or something like that)

Or, more often in casual U or S matches:

"foul"

"FOUL foul FOUL"

"more blood"

"booooooo"
