Hi guys
Hope you're all having a fab Wednesday.
What skills do people usually give a ball-carrying Dwarf runner?
I have a Dwarf team with 1 runner who I'm using as a safety/ball carrier whilst I get another. He has wrestle. I'm aiming for two runners. |

Tackle is nice as well on Runners for safety duty.
Even if the team doesn't lack Tacklers, Runners are the fastest players and suited to chase opponent Dodgers. |

First runner should get block. Second runner could be a wrestler, but he may also get block at some point. |

Yeah I'll keep a roster with 12 players and use either a wrestle runner or a ball-carrying runner depending if I'm on offense or defense. |

Block, Kick Off Return, Strip Ball
If no +AG, double for Dodge or +ST after that, retire and keep cycling til you get one |

This will seem to be weird advice, but why not get wressle on another player.
Yes it means that player has Wressle and block.
But it means as a sacker, he can be more effective.
Naturally if you are talking a Troll slayer, Juggernaught or strip ball would be a better option. As with Frenzy, you can just block again.
But I could see it being useful on a Blitzer after strip ball perhaps. Sadly with Dwarfs you have that whole low mv thing so a mv5 player really can't blitz too far away.
IMHO, better to have an AV9 sacker on the ground then an av8 one. |

Nerves of steel and dump off are great ball carrier skills. Leap on a double, followed by dirty player. It'll be just like that incident when in 1998, The Undertaker threw Mankind off Hell In A Cell, and plummeted 16 ft through an announcer's table." |
