From the Rules tab:

All teams have to be named exactly after this scheme:
[Division or league] Invasion Cube [serial number]

Examples:
Ranked Invasion Cube 003
Blackbox Invasion Cube 016
League Invasion Cube 001
O[L]C Invasion Cube 007

For the serial number, simply enter 001, 002 etc. until you have found the next number that is available. Note: If you're unsure about the team name, contact Rabe. Incorrectly named teams won't be accepted into the group!

Your starting roster must include:
12 Marauders
5 Re-Rolls
1 Apothecary
0 Fan Factor

Cheerleaders and Assistant Coaches may never be hired.
Renegades and Big Guys can only be acquired through assimilation (see below).

Players are simply named "[player number] of [intended maximum team size]", for example "Three of Sixteen" (if you want to have the option of a full roster) or "Eight of Thirteen" (if you're sure you'll never go beyond 13 players).

As for choosing skills:

If a player improves, his development is determined by the roll and the lists:

On a normal roll, he/she has to learn the first skill from the top of the list that is available to him/her.

On a double, he/she has to learn the first skill from the top of the list that is available to him/her on doubles only. If no such skill is available, the roll is treated like a normal roll.

The skills Leader and Pro can never be learned.
The skills Disturbing Presence, Thick Skull, Foul Appearance and Stand Firm represent typical Borg characteristics and are therefor on the list right from the start.

All stat upgrades have to be taken, unless a player cannot improve that stat anymore or it has lost value due to injury. In that case, 5+5 and 6+6 are treated as doubles, 4+6 and 5+6 are treated as normals. +AV will be taken over +MA (speed is not really a Borg thing). If AV has been taken twice or the AV value has been reduced due to injury though, +MA has to be taken (unless it already has been taken twice or reduced due to injury).

But remind how skills are learnt?
Opponent has to be killed or just permed? And choose one of the skills for the list?

For the collective to learn, the opponent has to be killed.
Players learn skills in a specific order from the collective depending on which skills are most prevalent in the corpses collected by the collective.

You pick whichever skill is highest on the list that your player doesn't have yet. In other words, just go from the top then work down until you hit a skill your player doesn't have!

And make sure to inform the group when you kill a player so their skills can be added to the list totals and the list can be refreshed.
