Folks, we have a situation where the "Ladder" Division is almost completely inactive, and the "Ranked" Division is used for the vast majority of games.

I want to propose a division that focuses on Teams competing without a schedule or timeframe.

The following is what i think would be a hell of a lot of fun to play!!!

The goal of playing in the "Ladder Division" is to get your team listed under the 10 best teams of your race. (or of all races!)

To keep things easy a simple point system is used:

0 Points for a loss in regular time
1 Points for a loss in over time
1 Points for a draw after overtime
2 Points for a win in over time
3 Points for a win in regular time

Teams are ranked by the points they collect.

Only teams that have played a minimum of 10 games in total or in the respective month are listed in one of the ladder tables.

1. All time points per game average
2. All time total points
3. Monthly points per game average
4. Monthly total points

Rules of engagement:

1. You may not play the same opposing team more than twice in a row.
2. The maximum allowed team rating difference for a match is 25 points.
3. You are obliged to use every means availiable to win matches.
4. You are encouraged to do as much damage to the opposing teams as you can without compromising your chances of winning.
5. You may never under no circumstances announce the use of a Star Player before the game.
6. You are encouraged to use Star Players and Wizard as often as your treasury permits.
7. If it's in the game, it's in the game. There is no such thing as a broken skill, race or tactic. Try to come up with a strategy and deal with it.
8. Show good sportsmanship and do not disgrace your opponents by appologizing for killing and injuring their players. Blood Bowl players die with honor, not pity!

Switches:
-Every Ladder game is a final game, the fans are just crazy about ladder!
-If the game is not decided after the overtime, its a draw.

* In order to get games you must accept most offers and matchups since the teamrating difference may only be 25 points.

* The extra cash will help some teams to replace injured players, while others can to make regular use of Star Players and Wizards.

* Lots of casualties and increased cash flow will keep the team ratings low and the coaching skill level high.
