My advice is to join a L tournement there are loads waiting for players. And L tournements still have no Coach Rating impact. This is a division for Leagues and cups only. On top of this most cups only accept brand new teams - so there would be no drawback from starting a brand new L team

The other obvious choice is to find 1-5 coaches more and start you own tournement. Then you will have influence on the rules |

Academy is not for league play... Please use League division for that.. |
