Hey, Pestigor rolled doubles after first skill but didnt have an option to choose mutations. |

Checked, both nurgle's warrior and pestigor have access to mutation on double.
ps: As a matter of fact they should get access to mutations on normal rolls too (same goes for rotters, only the beast needs a double to get mutations), wasn't able to test it so far (got 2 skills, 2 doubles). |

Umm.... No. Ph access only means you can get them on a double--you can never take a mutation on a normal roll (without special house rules or suchlike) |
