I don'y need a helmet - at least not at the moment, since my playing has diminished sharply as of late. However, I do pop in here now and then, to check things out, and I enjoy to watch the odd amusing match. So I browse throught the topics that seem interesting, and this thread just compelled me to reply.
Mr. Mattys, I think that your helmets are absolutely awesome, and I believe that you are doing this community a great favor by dedicating your spare time enriching our little hobby that one step further. my compliments to you, and of course to the rest of the bunch who keeps this great community running.
To wander just a wee bit off topic, I find it hilarious that I get faster and better service from Fumbbl - which is completely free, than I ever get from any of the companies that I actually pay money... The irony of it all... |

Ok... figured there had to be a better way than using the MS Picture Manager that really kills the image quality imo, so I optimised them using PS...
The results are:
I think that's pretty good considering the colours, size and gif format... they are hosted on fumbbl btw. |

Hi. I was wondering if I could get one for my Lizards. http://fumbbl.com/FUMBBL.php?page=team&op=view&team_id=320661 I was thinking of something like a white helmet blue face mask and the emblem like a wave crashing twords the front of the helmet. Thx in advance. |

Thorpe, that is NOT the kind of pic that's easy to turn into a logo...
1- Too many details. This means that when the helmet is shrinked in size, the logo becomes nearly impossible to tell.
2- The colors. It's hard to cut the elf, because there's no real "background", but many different spots of color.
When it's your time, I will try. But at first sight the result won't be good. |

Must be added in the TEAM BIO.
this way:
Code: | <img src="LINK_TO_IMAGE"> |
Thing is, you have to save the helmet, host it somewhere (imageshack.us is a nice site) and then use the url in the TEAM BIO (not team image). |

Hi.
It would be great if I could get a helmet for my team :The Hatchlings.
As they are a dwarf team and currently in the Warseer League,I'll be playing them for quite a while to come.
They wear a black with gold line uniform and I think this logo would fit quite well.

Many thanks

if im honest any picture close will do, it dosent have to be major detail, anything as long as its an elf |
