I am not a nice guy :-), but I recently went through the icons using the ultimate pack as a starting point, adding in missing icons and portraits. Some portraits and Star Players might still be missing. Everything should work, but I have not tested it a lot.

So here they are zipped, the ini-files and the full contents of the pics and icons directories. In other words, included are also all of the default icons, but with the skink bug fixed. Keep in mind that this replaces all the existing icons, so any custom icons will be overwritten unless you are careful.

Download and if it was not obvious, these are the normal size icons.

Anyone got a Gnoblar Hero portrait? Or pic for making one? Also, whoever added the Horrors to the Public Gallery should add the Gnoblars and Forest Goblins as well. I think it's time. =)

I use this icon for Snow troll from Norse team.Also I test some new teams and I like to play with icons this L is no fine.

It is far better to put the icons for each team in its own folder, otherwise your icons folder becomes hectic. The icons.ini file can be modified to look into a specific folder. For example my horrors of tzeentch icons are kept in a folder called tzeentch within the icons folder.
So my icons ini file should be, I should have tested this first :

[HORRORS OF TZEENTCH]

FIREWYRM=\TZEENTCH\tzfirewyrm1.gif
FLAMER=\tzeentch\tzflamer1.gif
GREATER HORROR=\tzeentch\tzgrhorror1.gif
HORROR=\tzeentch\tzhorror1.gif

I read somewhere (prolly the client readme.txt) stating that you shouldn't use subfolders, but can you get that to work tenpole?

PS: The code above has one too many "[" in "[[HORRORS OF TZEENTCH]", just so nobody gets a headache from a simple misspelling, like I've done so many times (Tzeench anyone?)

The readme says:

NOTE: THE GIF IMAGE HAS NO PATH. ALL GIF USED FOR ICONS MUST BE IN THE "<game folder>\PICS\ICONS" DIRECTORY.

So to avoid any problems I would keep them all in the same directory. It does not get that hectic IMHO.
