Static is planning on putting up a set of hulls for Dwarfs, Skaven, High Elves, and Dark Elves later on. That way other people can add the detail to create the icons and they wont have to worry about calculating the pixel dimensions or forming the hull. Icons are currently the slowest part of the development process so far since we just have static (and snowmelter?) so if anyone is or knows a good or enthusiastic icon creater then please prod them for me

The propulsion of the nautilus shall be something like a fin. Right now it looks maybe silly. Would be nice to animate it, but I got no clue how to do this. Any hints? |
For some reason I cant get these images to save properly on my computer. I'll try again later (net seems dodgy today) but I was really hoping to copy/paste steal those nice swivel guns you did onto Statics dwarf hulls and then pass the whole thing off as my own icon  |

hmmmm, you may have a point, but i presume GW's stance towards fumbbl aint that great either.
I played a game last nite vs sod until like 3.30 am and he kicked my emipre arse! lol, elf skaven and dwarf are all playable now so come on guys get on the band wagon! |

So, once fumbbl goes down do we have any way of communicating between people who want to play games? Will IRC stay up when fumbbl is down?

Hey, I am back again and combined static and mine ironclad. Now it should be right sized, and you got some colored area. I did not know what to color, so i introduced some kind team picture. In that small scale its realy hard to do, so I tried something easy: Hammer and ambos, typical dwarf. I do the other dwarfs after your confirmation. Or should I color something different? What?

Edit: after a comparison with static other models this looks realy flat. I will try to improve but you should expect nothing special. |

Snowmelter try different coloured runes, you ought to be able to find some simple ones on stuff like the GW website. Looking good though, thats a nice way to introduce colour.
Jan, those look really fantastic. I am concerned about their usability though so I've PMed you. |

I didn't do them. I found them in a forum about Civilization, where people have created a Warhammer mod and (consequently) a lot of naval units from Man'o'war.
So just tell me if they can fit in your project or not. |
