Do you miss the board game version where a dog could run on the field and move the ball around? Are you ancient enough to fondly remember the first edition? Or do you think that the living rulebook represents the best of the game?

I miss the old WA rule, I always loved seeing my ratogre surviving having to take those -2d blocks to start the turn with if I managed to leave it into the wrong place |

Why is third edition not an option? |

Conspirocy!
I`d vote for LRB3 if there wasn`t the fact that BGs had G access... too bad that was changed at the same time as the WA. |

I can no longer edit the poll. Only a forum administrator can do that, or we start a new poll? |

3rd ed. for myself. The cards made the game very unpredictable. Also we had a racial system where you got a bonus card, depending on what race you played you were only allowed to take certain cards.
eg. Orcs had to take a Dirty Trick card before any other Chaos took a Random Event and so on. |

I've only played 3:rd on TT and 4:th at fumbbl.
3:rd brings back fond memories of a summer well spent |

My fave was the one with the dog, Trampoline Trap, Sewer Entrance, That Boys Got Talent, they were the golden years with some really unpredicatble games. Skill was important, but also caution when it came to trying to guess what your opponent was hiding under his palm |

Deathzone is the best, and I can't vote for it.
edition 1 is too crazy (rolling for all skillgains and stupid skills, and stupid teams, but fun though..)
never played 2 much..
deathzone (3rd is my favorite, dont remember how DP was then), LRB4 has broken DP and boring ageing,
LRB5 fixes broken and boring, but adds another set of strange skills.. booo!
feels almost like going back to edition 1.. skills are fine the way they are, except for DP (in my opinion should be +1 to injury, it would still be blood)
and ageing.. wtf?.. takes -- no steals away fun from bloodbowl. |

The newer the LRB, the better it is, so LRB 6.0 all the way for me! |

3rd edition + death zone, oooh yeah. +1 to both armour AND injury mighty blow, yum. +2 to both armour AND injury dp, and you even got spps from them, yummy. Add to that those ever so hilarious and unpredictable cards, such as grudge match and custard pies and blatant fouls. Never been better and only gotten worse ever since... |
