In light of the recent changes to wild animals I thought of this. Give BG another characterstic, Initiative. You can choose +1 str or +1 Ini on a skill roll of 12. BG use their initiative when rolling Bonehead, Really Stupid, Wild animal and the like. I know it will never happen , but just a thought.
