Hmm sounds like a fun idea, but I just got some questions, how many teams are there supposed to be in a country? If there are many there will be an awfull lot of games to manage to kill Commanders, but perhaps that is the point of non stop war? 
And, id like to hear how games are scheduled, just free fight or challanges? Nice details to know =) |

Hey snottling pump wagons are unblockable, and with a LOT of rerolls, should be able to survive? At least it will have more chance of surviving then the rest of the stunty team (since i can use the trolls for commander)... |

pump wagons can be commanders, but i agree with klipp
your lookin for trouble there
bruno, as many teams in a country as that country wants, yes it is non stop war, no games between teams in the same country, you can only play against other countries, the general can scedule games but its open format, the general is more there for things like checking out other countries
say for example that a country looks a little week and the general wants the 50 points for taking it down
he might tell his squad that everyone should try to play that country for a while
see if they can take it out
challenges should be made and accepted
but try to keep it reasonable
dont challenge someone if they are way below your or if they are say, amazons, and you are say dorfs
reasonable challenges should be accepted
and if you see a coach not accepting lots of reasonable challenges tell me and i will talk to that countries general |

two new things being added in the rules
1) i am taking out the immediate concession rule as it is a bit harsh
2) If the General of a country gets knocked out then the country choses a new general |
