Operating System:
Windows XP SP3

Java Version (Output from: java -version):
java version "1.6.013"
java<TM> SE Runtime Environment <build 1.6.0_13-b03>
Java HotSpot<TM> Client VM <build 11.3-b02, mixed mode, sharing>

Bug Description:
When a ball scattered, and a rotter who had already acted failed to catch it, it failed to scatter again. This happened twice; I forget how it played out the first time, but the second time I moved the rotter off of it the next turn and picked it up with someone else. sorry, forgot to screenshot ><

no screenshot, sorry. this is similar to an already posted bug (no interaction with the ball when blitzing), I posted my experiences in reply to that as well.
