I have couple times had some problems uploading results with teams that have special (usually scandinavian letters) cause my system uses utf8. I have never known more than 1 other person having this problem but Im now telling you all how to get rid of it (and so that if someone comes up with the same problem the result is found)
This applies to finnish people and with little changes prolly to others too...
When you normally launch your game using
| Code: | | /opt/j2re1.4.2/bin/java -jar /opt/jbb/Bbowl.jar |
add a little spell before it and launch jbb using command:
| Code: | | LC_CTYPE=fi_FI /opt/j2re1.4.2/bin/java -jar /opt/jbb/Bbowl.jar |
(and use path (here /opt...) that really is true on your system |
