Definitely.
But considering that the thing that sucks more about cyanide's BB is that there's only 9 playable races, I'd say it's less an april foll and more a marketing fumble.

Resulting in a self-inflicted cas Sad

I can't see how it is an April Fool's joke though it did cross my mind. There are graphics posted of some of the new races.

so? blizzard makes an april fool's joke every year complete with full blown in game rendered models...

a few piddly graphics made doesn't discount it possibly being an april fool's joke...

but more insulting....the potential for making people rebuy the game to get all of the races...and it's not even all of the races....it's only 20, no chaos dorfs....

seriously...more fael from cyanide...i have no clue why people bother to continue giving this craptacular company any more business...

No one should ever try to make serious press releases on April 1.

Seriously, I'm 50/50 on whether its a joke or just poor timing. I'd expect the latter, since the last thing they should be doing from a PR perspective is jerking around their target audience.

(I still don't own it and have no plans to)

I bought Cyanide's game just to be able to play in standalone games with heavily modded 3d hellfishes.

The hilarious thing is that this is quite possibly NOT an april fools. What they describe is the game blood bowl for PC should have been! Talk about being in a bad position.

They better sort out the AI, it plays like shadow just now! Wink

I dont hold high hopes for it despite me wanting to love the game, going by the multitude of bugs they havent touched after a year, so its going to be a huge disappointment and I think Ill start playing here again once Kalimar gets his client finished

it says at the end of 2010 it comes out. That is about 5 to 7 months away. Wast of time.
