[0.4.6] couldn't end turn after blitz + some strangeness

Java Version (Output from: java -version):

Bug Description:
Strange one this time; in T2 of the second half of this game, a slann lineman peformed a leap blitz that killed a linerat holding the ball and I used the apo; but then apollo78 couldn't end the player's action or end his turn. In the screenshot he has followed up so he should have 1 square of GFI left. Eventually I was able to click the timeout button, but that still didn't end the turn (needed to end that player's action). We also tried reconnecting, but no go. Then for some reason the turn ended - I'm not sure what caused it, and as you can see in the second screenshot some wierdness happened. I wasn't able to activate my players, but I could end the slann linefrog's turn for him; then we were able to continue as normal.

Probably the same bug as http://fumbbl.com/index.php?name=PNphpBB2&file=viewtopic&t=18319 and http://fumbbl.com/index.php?name=PNphpBB2&file=viewtopic&t=18318 I think it has to do with apothing a player after a blitz, the blitzing player cannot end his turn.

I can confirm this.

Could not end blitzting players turn after apo used.

Blitz turn ending confirmed fixed. The rest I don't know about.
