That was the LRB4 rule, but in LRB5 and further it has changed:

In LRB4 the only action you could do in addition to move, was make 1 blitz action, but as far as I can see, with the new rules, you can foul (even pass, handoff too if it was possible). |

My bad, then. Added the [BUG] tag to the subject again. No Passes or Hand-Offs though, as the ball is in the air.
EDIT: ... and fixed in Version 0.4.6. |

Yep. TTM is possible. So pass action is too. That's right. Cool option come to think of it. |
