Bug Description:
Enemy Tree fails its take root roll, but is able to move normally on his blitz. Opponent said he tried to RR the Root, and was able to RR the failed 3D block as well.

In the same game a blitz/root fail worked as intended so it's somehow related to the re-roll I think.
