as far as i know - they will, but they are not yet implemented. see kalimar´s blog or ffb release notes for mor

I would think that Journeymen would be easy(?) to apply site-side. Just add a temporary player to the team if needed and add the option of buying him after the next game.

It is gonna happen. I heared from Kalimar that it will be implemented by Christer and will not be done by the client. When it will happen? No idea.
