Windows 7 Professional.

Java Version (Output from: java -version):
java version "1.6.0_19"
Java(TM) SE Runtime Environment (build 1.6.0_19)

Bug Description:
Scatter pass to highlighted player goes [East] [NE] [NW] which causes it to land out of bounds. Instead of a crowd throw in the ball scatters back in bounds [SE] to land on the sideline. Scatter rolls stop as soon as a fan can get a hold of the ball, fans are over zealous.

Tested this and confirm the bug is gone.
