In the first half, turn 6 of the Wood Elves, the turn immediately ended on performing a long bomb pass. There were still players who had not performed an action, and the pass itself was completed.

I checked it out. It is the same bug as this:

I think i know what is happening, that pass should really be a fumble as it is a modified 1, but there seems to be a bug when the roll is both accurate and a fumble.
