Gotta say that I totally agree with PC.
And I still doubt there has been a problem in the first place. |

Moving the cap shouldn't affect things very much as the scheduler will still favour more even matches. It would only matter when few teams were activated --would you rather not play or play with a bigger inducement? |

Gotta admit that I have changed my mind about this.
I wasn't aware that the Jump up modifier is +2 rather than +1 and also hadn't realized that PO is quite broken with proper complementary skills. Kind of the new DP, but only for a handful of rosters.
Clearly a game design fail in my opinion. |

All true, but will it thrive?
I faced a similar Chaos Pact team one of my very first BkBx games, with a new(ish) 1-game team - they had a TV not much more than mine, but had a dozen skills from SPP's compared to my two. (They had several Big Guys, but the end result was a similar situation.) The inducement was 90k, enough for 1 Bloodweiser Babe - hardly equitable, and the rest (40k) was completely meaningless.
The result from these CP marauder (and similar) teams is a veteran team that is near or at (or below!) "starting value" but is a highly customized team re skills - which can give them a distinct advantage over most any "starting" teams.
When I asked, the coach was honest about it - "Black Box is all about TV management - your starting team is expensive!" - which translates to me, "Some teams can't compete in Black Box at that low Team Value", or certainly at least not against those teams, because their TV isn't on the same curve - not at that value.
To get this back to the above quote, if only a certain type of team can dominate, especially at the "brand new team" level, fewer of other team types will enter that meat grinder, and fewer will succeed in comparison.
This is not overall healthy for the game, or the site, imo. |

i dont know about you guys but i think claw mb po is a seriously over-powered combo, hence the game is broken. now the question is: how can we fix it? suggestions? |

PO only on armor rolls, not on injury. And don't let claw and MB stack. |

Hmm... I feel lazy. Where should I ask the question I have been pondering some time:
What is supposed to be the counter to Mighty Blow? |

The counter to MB is high AV. That is why Claw MB is rather good. |

Out of curiosity, were any of the new rules tested on Fumbbl? |
