This thread is to be used for storing any fluff/graphic related material for the LOTR. The use of these is entirely optional but is recommended as per the fluffy nature of the league.

LOTR Banner

You can add the LOTR banner wherever you like, most notably in your Team Bio.
To use the one hosted on FUMMBL you can use the following code:

LOTR has two homelands, Freeworld and Mordor. You can add your respective homeland with the following code:

The following images represent participation within a given season of the LOTR. These can be applied to both team and player bios alike.

LOTR Season Awards

The following images represent awards for player’s seasonal achievements and can be applied to both Player and Team bios. Awards are also stored on the LOTR’s Stat pages.

Image Properties

Image Resizing

The code above will insert the images using their true dimensions, these however can be resized in several ways to fit your requirements. In order to maintain image ratio however we recommend the following:

Within the <img tag add a width=“X” and a height=“X” where X is either an integer value or a percentage value (“50%”) of the images actual size.

The code below would reduce the Freeland Homeworld to 50% of its true size.

Image Mouse Rollover Text

It is possible to have a textual message appear over an image when the Mouse is positioned upon it. To achieve this we use the following:

Within the <img tag add a alt=“My Message” property, where My Message is the text you wish to display.

Applying this to our Homeland code above would produce a “Native of the Freeworld” message when the mouse is positioned over our image.

Fluff Code

The following HTML produces statistical entry points in the LOTR theme using the images above. Feel free to modify this in anyway.

HTML Table Styles

The following code defines the style of our tables (below) and as such must be included just once if you are to use any of the table code below.

The code should be placed at the top of your bios and should not need modifying.

It was a lack of an admin that ended the league. Should fumbbl ever implement the league improvements that were planned prior to crp it may enthuse me to put aside some time for it.
