Not sure where to ask this, but since it affects ffb I'll ask it here. It also affects chat...

So, clearly something blocking me on my end (not my computer unfortunately), but I'm wondering if there are any tips/tricks to try.

I did delete the files from the java control, and I did reinstall java to the latest (6-24 I believe).

Thanks for any advice.

which firewalls are you guys using?

Also try and delete the cache and cookie from your browsers

Hello,
I think it's a problem of "blocked ports" here Sad And unluckily I cannot open them because I'm staying in a university building so I have no access/power over the gateway or router Sad Does someone know any way to overcome this problem?

Having the same problem here. Switched off the firewall and same. The client starts and says connection established but stops there (no waiting for other player to connect).

Have seen this issue before in the USA evenings. Usually the problem fixed itself in about an hour, and it wasn't clear what caused it. The symptom is that users launching a match are not prompted for their password/gamename, and the client stops at "Connection Established". Likely this requires Christer, Kalimar, or Lakrillo to review - unless it fixes itself Smile

Do you guys still have this problem? Here in Finland this started about 2h ago and I still cannot connect.. byhyy Sad I was planned to spend quality time playing some tournament games and drinking beer.
