After two high powered games it was time for a snooze-fest, the Powerslave Killers scored 19 & 18 spp in their first two games but in the match against the Highland Mummies both teams totalled a pitiful 13 spp.

Still some tense moments for our coach and luckily for the Powerslaves the sole noteworthy act of the game was a touchdown run in on turn 16 by Viggo the Violator and so we stay in the fight for promotion which looks to become really tight between probably 5 teams in division 3.

Image SHADOW CLAN NINJAS Image

-Tacklers Beware-

A clerical error somewhere in the HUBBA admin department has allowed tacklers to knock down Stunty Players with impunity. Shadow Clan Ninjas say no more and invite their fellow Stunty Teams to join them in their quest to kill all Tacklers.

Image

The Ninjas have started the ball rolling with a nasty gang foul on Tackling Wardancer Green Ash of the Forest Lords.

Image

After the death the Ninjas romped to a 2-1 Victory against the Wood Elves who had gone 1-0 up late in the 1st half. A perfect Throw from Treeman Yang saw Ninja Rinkashi Chikito land well clear of the elvish defence free to runn the ball in to the Endzone with seconds left on the clock. The Elves now outmanned tried to hold back the advancing Ninjas in the 2nd half and Wardancer Black Alder even managed to knock the ball free a couple of times. But in the end Ninja Arichi Kuruku managed to find some space and the ball clear while the rest of the Clan held back the remaining Elves.

Only 1 team left undefeated in the group, nicely done Ninjas!

Wonder if I should try skilling up my mighty blow wight to get tackle next match when we are facing the ninjas right after. Surprised

hell yeah, that was a fun game. The Woodies got really outbashed. Its hard to hurt ninjas even with av5 especially if you roll mostly pushes:-)

After the Lords crunched my nuns, I'm glad that the Ninjas could teach them a lesson Smile.

The trolls were asleep, the gobs' shoelaces were tied together and the Hellbent Revelators were steamrollered by the vicious onslaught of the Hel Fenn Powerslave Killers!

Four players improved from the match including Device of Desecration who will now face the Ninjas with his tackle skill next match, we are anxious to see if they can succeed in another assassination.

On a curious little note all 4 MVPs have fallen on 4 different zombies so far. Razz

I'm quite concerned about facing your monsters in the last game of the season, when I'll almost certainly be needing to get myself some points Razz. It must be that insanely amazing team badge you've got going on!

Heh yeah I feel you kinda need tackle against zons and wood elfs. Smile

I've tried the stunty boost vs dwarves where it didn't do much but it should work pretty well against those lone hunter blitzers.
