i had the same problem Jimmy had and i solved it simplyremoving AVG from my PC...

If you have avg it is 100% the reason. The current version of AVG doesn't operate with Java download.

However they promised to fix the issue with the next update.

I just had this problem and the idea in the techbuddy's post seems to have solved the problem. I'm not 100% sure because I had the game cancelled but have since been able to get into spectate so I assume I can play too.

Hi there,

I'm unable to launch java as well.
My Error-message is: java.lang.OutOfMemoryError: Java heap space
But it should have 1GB space.

After that appears another Pop-Up:

Does someone have any idea what's going wrong here?
I don't think that it is the AVG - because nothing changes when I deactivate it.

I have a strange bug. When clicking "spectate", Java lauches, but only "static" screen opens. I mean: I see pitch, players, everything, but no action, always the same picture that was at the moment of opening. If I close and open again then I get "fresher" picture but also static. Anybody else met such thing?
