I have been trying to get on a see if he wants to play but hes only on for a couple minutes it seems and then he leaves...Anyway i can continue to play BB?

Join the Admin Channel on IRC, contact an admin, ask him to cancel the match.

If you screw up and miss a match that was scheduled, the right procedure is to PM your opponent, apologize, and offer to play at a time convenient to him. Since you were the party that didn't show up, your opponent is the party that may decide to cancel or play later. That said, #fumbbladmin or a ticket is the right place to continue that conversation if a time cannot be worked out.

Hi,
am I allowed to cancel a matchup vs a coach who is known for often conceding a game because he is loosing it or because the way the game is devellopping is not what he expected?
