I'm literally drooling at all the good picks left for me. I don't see a way to not get someone I deem worthwhile, even if I went on to win the Super Bowl. I didn't look terribly closely, but there as at least 8 players left I would still want. They'd have to be all taken AND I'd have to win the Super Bowl to not get one.
Talk about a great draft. |

@ Tzij: This is way way deeper than the Season XI draft, though Season X was not far behind. You're also seeing reaches from teams lacking for Blitzers because last season's draft was so thin there, so players like Rodgersss, Emischen, and Truck got overdrafted. Also, there was a ton of Warriors graduating from Fresno (literally: Young was listed at 745 lbs, K.G. at 641, and S.G. 632), and for some crazy reason Chaos Warriors are Strength only: IMO, CWs (not NWs) should be Blitzer/Strength. Like, leave Strength alone, and next season just add the line "Chaos Warriors" to Blitzer. Warriors build the same way as Marauders, and most non-Chaotic teams have to pay a skill to take a Warrior in a Blitzer slot anyway, 'cuz Block.
@ Relezite: You will get your wish. |

You had that part right, Okafor as a skink adds so much depth to Atlatl. He might only be healthy/alive for part of the season, with little prospects of development, but he has big play capability as he is drafted.
Of the remaining draftable saurs, while unplagued by minor battle scars and good/exceptional players in their own right, don't add any REAL value to this team. Turning a 65 B,MB,BT,T into a 63 B,MB,T,PO, or maybe a 44 B,D,T saur just doesn't show value.
Houston has the same issue, IMO, they have a STRONG core of healthy saurs, while they have one relative young saur, he is fitting in quite well. I could easily see them taking the shot at a potential game breaker skink, since the Saurs available to them will be minor upgrades at best (that is barring a disastrous match in the playoffs. |

I think the just-drafted skink is exactly why I picked a blodge\sh pest in the expansion draft |

0500BBT, Nico. Actually not too bad if you wanted to get up early to see the game's finish. |

Got a pulled pork roast that needs to be put in the oven at 0600, so it's quite possible that you'll find me spamming the sound |

Hopefully this will be an announced Superbowl, for all to watch.
Congrats to all the playoff teams, and remember to make your draft picks after the game boys.
Good luck, and bash em up. |
