What happens when a Ball & Chain player accidently blocks your thrower who has Dump Off? Do you get to Dump Off against your own block? Does your opponent get to use Pass Block? Can we argue about this extreme case for another 30 pages? Is Kalimar's coding skills up to snuff to handle this very important case of Pass Block? How much longer before we get to use our highly coveted Pass Block skills? |

I know you're joking and all, but dump off only works when an "opponent declares that he will throw a block at him", so ball and chain would hit 'im but he couldn't pass. Would be a hilarious way to get some extra pass yards though  |

Can a ball and chain have passblock?
If so, will he have to roll dodges and the like or will he have to move randomly like normal? Could he end up blocking the thrower too if he moves into his square?
Similar question with shadowing I guess.... |

He can "have" them, but he can't use them. Which you would know if you had read the Ball & Chain skill description, which explicitly forbids using those skills. |

Just a small update on the topic:
Tom has responded to part of the question here: http://www.talkfantasyfootball.org/viewtopic.php?f=24&t=36364&p=640541#p640541, and will return with further clarification. For now it seems that PB can be used at least partly.
I'm glad to see things calmed down a bit here, it is not my intent to raise hell again. We have all stated our thoughts on the subject and the two camps disagree. Let us wait for further arbitration. |

Partly huh? Does not seem we will have clarity on this issue. So is the arbitraitor going to split hairs and let the PB player move 1 or 2 squares instead of 3?

Claw works when you knock an opponent down during a block (like MB). B&C makes a block if he moves into a square with a standing player. So he can use Claw (and MB). Note that you don't get to use Claw or MB when you roll over an already prone or stunned player since you are not throwing a block.
PO can't be used with B&C, since you're making Move Actions, not Block or Blitz Actions which are required to use PO, and it's not given an exception like Grab. |
