After allocating any new skills gained you can add / remove rr, cheerleaders and coaches. Bottom right of team page. |

Reroll cost doubles once the team start playing games so if you are talking about your Vamps you are 70k short |

That's a lot of vamps to run with. General rule of thumb is 1rr per vamp for a rookie team.
