How come hypnotic gaze works one way (can be used any time) when I play a vampire team, but a different way (only used as a block) when i play faeries? and how come when i play faeries vs vamps both teams use the vamp hypnotic gaze rules?

Because divx uses a different rule set for Hypnotic Gaze, which is being enforced by the fumbbl rosters. As Vampires only exist in the divx division all games with vampires will use the divx rules.

and I'm glad Fumbbl had the balls to revert back to the old rules for vamps hypno gaze as the new rules plain suck

Why do Tournament Vamp teams use the uncool hypnotic gaze, while DivX ones don't? This seems rather unfair to me.

cause divx is for testing out experimental rules and the other divisions aren't
