Hi all
I'm only a week or so into FUMBBL and i'm having issues getting a game in R with my Lizardmen team:

Any tips?
Coaches with 130k more TV than me are turning me down and i'm just sitting watching the list of potential matches dwindle. |

If teams have 130k tv more they cannot play that team anyway, your team value is shown like this: 1070k (±110) it means that is the upper and lower limit your team can play against, so the max TV of your opponent can be 1180k. Also their TV needs to encompass your TV in range.
Hope that helps. Of course, you should be able to get games easily enough at that TV. |

Hang tight, play when fewer coaches are on. I find often if there are 3 or 4 coaches it's easier to get a game than if there are 10 or 12 and everybody thinks a cherry will land in their lap. |

What time are you usually looking for games?
I can't imagine that a rookie would have any trouble getting games in R. |

You can also try joining IRC and asking for a game in chat. |

Low TV lizardmen can be a very frustrating match up for many teams but yeah several things speak in favour of you getting games easier, 'only' a Star coach rating, no kroxigor, and if people notice it a huge amount of FanFactor.
As long as you keep developing the team naturally and not aim for a min/max 1400k TV team with 1 reroll, 11 players and tons of saurus skills then you should be fine. |

Well, going for a 7 Mb liz team might cost you some games as well. =) |

I do notice that your lizzie team is scheduled vs another opponent. You cannot play other games with a team that has a scheduled game, until that game is finished.
I don't know how recent the abandoned game is, but that might just be the case.
... And welcome to Fumbbl! |

Actually JUST as I posted this I got a game! And a great one it was too. So my faith is temporarily restored.
Thanks for the points though! I'm going for a Krox, but I guess that if it gets me fewer games then c'est la vie. I'm having too much fun playing Lizardmen. |
