I got a big red A in front of my Chaos team "Crimson Fleese" and I can't activate it anymore? Why so ? Shocked

cant see the team, but possibly something wrong with the player names or something like that?

Your previous opponent probably reported it. Look at the game comments.
Submit a ticket.

I added a game comment myself !
I'm shoscked to see that guy can block my team just because he is unhappy with the game. I didn't disconnect on purpose and didn't get any advantage from it !
Is there anyway it can backfire on him ? Or can he just report teams as he please ?!

Yes, it can backfire. When you report a team, you get this warning:

"Report this team for violating the rules?

Note that this action is logged, and unnecessary reporting will get your account suspended."

If you get an 'A' next to your team, there's no need to send a ticket, unless there is information to be added. Reporting a team, means that team is in violation to the naming rules (sometimes the 11 player rule as well nowadays).

The reported team appears in the same section as a ticket and a member of staff will look at it. However as this case is different, you may wish to send a ticket to explain what happened during the game.

The 11 player rule is that you should strive to have at least 11 permanent players on the team. More or less this means that you aren't supposed to have a high treasury and (ab)use journeymen.

Specifically, it's this rule from the rules page:

Teams in competitive divisions are expected to strive for at least 11 players on the roster. While this doesn't mean that any team below 11 players must immediately hire a new lineman, coaches are expected to not let the team deteriorate on purpose.

Is there some kind of limit to the treasury? I mean sometimes it's necessary to have a few loners + cash if expensive positionals die...

His rival is well-known for being highly disrespectful with rival coaches. He was banned for your League for that reason. Even bad tantrum with his first lost after 1.2.0 against the admins because the site didn't inform him well about the changes LOL.

Roland...there is not a strict max treasury. It is looked at on a case by case basis by the admins. It seems that they try to allow teams with expensive positionals and squishy players a little more leeway. As the rule states, it is meant to prevent someone from just letting their team deteriorate.
