Oh, and since people seem to be posting times; my qualifier is tomorrow the 13th at 01:00 BB time (there's a teaser in my blog from good old Snot Sniffly). I have about a 400 TV deficit (lizards vs elves; I figure elfball is going to out-speed me unless I can severely hurt them first half). I'm also down a saurus. I REALLY don't want all five of my skinks on the field at once... |

What do you guys suggest I do for my game? I've got about 360 inducements in my favor against the elves (but at least my sauri have block, so there's that). I can't get another saurus (have 5 skinks, so they're all on the field). Wizard and some bribes/babes/cards? Go for the chef and hope I get lucky? A star player? |

You got 460. That's 10k short of the DT star and a wiz. So I'd go for either wiz/merc skink/bribes/apo, and try to foul any elf that's on the floor, even lino's, you haven't got a single tackle, he's got a deep bench of lino's, so any shot you're gonna get at a positional you're going to have to try and get the most of.
*Maybe* the diving tackle skink, and some bribes. But skipping a wizard is a tough call.
Seems like a very tough matchup. Elfs are hard anyway for lizards, defo with such a tv deficit.
