If you are tired of those circles with letters, put the text below in the icons.ini file. It will substitute some of the current vamp/halfling icons for the circles. You can also do similar things for squigs herders and pygmies.

[STRIGOYAN]
Strigoyan Lord=vampire1.gif
Vampling=vampire2.gif
Thralling=halfling1.gif
