I never understood why anyone wouldn't want a ST6 player, even at the cost of block.
1 assist 3d blocks is insane, and you have a greater chance of rolling another double than another +ST.
Takes most Big guys 2 assists to get a 2d block on him, 4 assists for most ST3 players
And, you have 3 other, non-loner ST5 players around him as extra support.
Block is definitely nice, but seems sub-optimal here. Honestly, ST6 on a non-loner seems like a no brainer. Why is this even a question? |

What Antithesisoftime said. Even if you lay out some kind of edge case in a tournament/one-off scenario where Block might make sense, I'd wager 75% of FUMBBL coaches aren't even going to read that anyway. They are going to tell you to take +ST and hope for another doubles later to get Block. |

This is really only a proper debate if the ST5 guy has loner then the block affords more safety overall. Enjoy your ST6 guy, break tackle is pretty fun on them! |

This. With the possible plot twist of tentacles. |
