Skeletons look cooler, they seem to foul better and when they take a RIP against them their head flies into the upper deck to the fans delight. Skeletal heads flying all over the pitch and into the stands....never gets boring.
So in the end Skeletons are better for the fans. |
Skrew da maths...THIS

At 1M gold, I almost always start with 2 Mums, 2 Wights, 3 Ghouls, 3 Zombies, 1 Skeleton, and 3 Re-Rolls. I have at least one non-replacement purchase in mind, but whether it's a Zombie or a Skeleton depends on how the Necromancer fares. If I'm getting kills, and I end up at 4 Zombies by the time I earn 40k, it's a Skeleton. If I'm not getting kills, a reserve Zombie is more important than a backup fouler, but then he might be my 13th guy.
I try very hard not to skill Zombies if values are low and/or tight (R/B, or a low-TV league). If it happens, I keep them through Block (not always worth it immediately, but seldom very far wrong) until they get 16. Guard is a keeper, but otherwise the job is to be cheap. I guess in the NBFL, Fend or a little redundant Dirty Player makes sense, because TV isn't so relevant. But in Ranked, that's it. Skeletons, on the other hand, don't mind skills. Generally, the track is Dirty Player, Wrestle, and Kick, but I try to just have one good Skel and the other one a rookie or just DP. |
